Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines Wayne County United Way Scout leadership makes independent decisions, reflective of the community, and funding needs.

• 49% (111) of girls increased their feeling of belonging by one level through increased understanding, skills, and respect when relating with others.
• 43% (97) of girls increased their values, clarification, and decision-making skills by one level by developing values that guide actions and provide the foundation for sound decision-making.
