Helping seniors and disabled citizens maintain independent and interactive
lifestyles through services provided by the Meals-on-Wheels
program.

- Over 945 disabled and homebound people received hot, nutritious meals
through WAGES Meals on Wheels program.
- Social contact with volunteers lifts the spirits of homebound participants
in the Meals on Wheels program.
- 62% of the elderly recipients have received meals for at least a year and
have been able to remain in his/her home as long as possible.
- 55.5% (91) of participants in the Nutrition Supplement program gained
weight and improved nutritional status by receiving a daily nutrition
supplement.
