United Way Founders Cup Golf Tournament

GOLDSBORO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE

April 25, 2008

Time: 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Shotgun starts

Format: Super-ball of Foursome

Winning Teams:  1st, 2nd. & 3rd places for Net and Gross scores
               

Deadline: April 1st for all registrations

Packages:

All packages include: Putting Contest (sponsored by Goldsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep), Longest Drive, catered lunch,
on course beverages, Goodie bags and more for each player.

Sponsorship Levels include:

Corporate Sponsorship $1200 will include 1 four-person team and Scoreboard Signage for 4 years..

Team Sponsorship: $500 will include 1 four-person team.

Individual Sponsorship: $125 will include play for 1 person. Tournament chairman will put together 4 person teams.

Tee Sponsors: $100 will provide corporate logo signage on 1 tee.
